2020 Jeep Gladiator

At Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat of Winchester, we always have something exciting on the lot. And starting in May, we’re going to have a great new vehicle you won’t want to miss. Get all the details about the all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator.

2020 Jeep Gladiator

The 2020 Jeep Gladiator can handle some seriously tough conditions. Best-in-class towing capacity lets you pull up to 7,650 pounds. That’s enough for a camper, a boat, or a trailer with ATVs. And the payload capacity is also impressive with a 1,600-pound limit. The 5-foot bed is made of high-strength steel, and four heavy-duty tie downs come standard. And the tailgate has a 3-position feature that gives drivers options between open, closed, and a halfway open. This makes towing 2x4s or other tricky loads a breeze.

The interior of the 2020 Jeep Gladiator is anything but basic. Everything you need is at your fingertips with the largest-in-class 8.4-inch touchscreen. Bring your music with you using the Apple CarPlay support and Android Auto integration. You can even add a removable Bluetooth wireless speaker.

The 2020 Jeep Gladiator is the perfect choice for a midsize truck with off-road capabilities. Every vehicle comes with Jeep 4×4 capability in both high and low ranges. And the Rubicon trim includes off-road gear like lockable wide track axles, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and a forward-facing TrailCam off-road camera.

You don’t have to choose between open-air rides and the benefits of a pickup truck when you choose the 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Pick between hardtop and soft top options to experience the outdoors while you ride. And for the most open-air drive, fold the windshield and remove all four doors.

Hitting the Trails

If you’re looking to get started hitting the trails, here are a couple of tips you need to know:

Be prepared. Make sure you have the vehicle tools you might need—like a fire extinguisher, tow hooks, a tow strap, a jack and a basic tool set, and a spare tire. But don’t forget about an emergency kit for you and your passengers, too. You never know when a change of clothes, food and water, and blankets might come in handy. And never off-road alone!

Go slow. Keeping your speed low will give you a chance to enjoy the scenery AND will keep you from damaging your vehicle or the environment.

You can always ask around for spots to off-road nearby, but here are some places to research new trails:

  • Off-roading forums
  • Off-road parks
  • National forests and parks
  • Bureau of Land Management (BLM) properties
  • Trail guides

If you’re ready to get on the road in a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, come see us at Safford CDJR Fiat of Winchester. We’ll be happy to talk you through all the features and get you behind the wheel in May.
